
Once
I was an unfit and unsatisfied person. I decided to get
in shape in less than 6 months and live happily ever after -
and I did it! (See my before and After pictures.)
It all begins with the
decision and the first step!
My life has changed and I
love my life now! I love my two amazing sons, my loving
family, my incredible profession, my loyal and wonderful
clients - all of them my dear friends, teachers and mentors.
I love and respect my body. I
enjoy living every single day by using all five senses of my
physical body with joy and gratitude.
And I want that joy,
health and happiness for everyone on this planet!
I am absolutely passionate
about life and about living life as an entrepreneur. I am
helping others not only through coaching and training, but
also through speaking and writing.
I am a Body/Mind Coach, a
Personal Trainer, a ’Healing Meditation’ Teacher, a
Motivational Speaker and a Writer.
I am helping others to live
fully expressed lives using their greatest gift on this planet
- their physical bodies!
I choose to find the good
lesson in every situation. : )
I’ll give you some examples
of my life:
Example #1:
When I was pregnant with my second child, (who is my
’greatest teacher’ of all : ) I was on bed rest for two
months and gained a lot of weight. (Look at my before and
after pictures.)
After giving a birth to my
son, I was determined to loose weight fast, but I was
struggling with diets and exercise.
I became obsessed with
reading and implementing tons of health and fitness
information. I got myself in shape in less than 6 month and
became certified to be a personal trainer and a nutrition
consultant.
Good lesson #1:
After becoming overweight and unsatisfied with my looks
and life, I gained knowledge to empower not only myself
but hundreds of other people to become healthy and to love
and respect the physical body!
Example #2:
After becoming physically fit, I wanted more… I wanted to
compete in figure competitions, and I did so, three times. :
) It was a great experience, but due to the required heavy
training, I injured myself.
I had two bulging disks on
my cervical spine and bursitis on my right hip. It was so
painful that I couldn’t perform exercises, and working on
the computer in a sitting position for more than ten minutes
was almost impossible. Sitting in one place caused pain in
my neck, forcing me to change my position every 10 minutes.
Driving was just as much "fun".
The doctor prescribed
Cortisol shots for the rest of my life. This was not an
option for me…
I started researching all
kinds of alternative medicine.
I started studying and
practicing yoga and meditation and found that when I relaxed
my muscles, the pain was eliminated!
Since I am a personal
trainer and understand the human body, I was able to
understand how this works.
By being still and relaxing
our muscles, we let our energy and oxygen flow throughout
our body without restriction. This disables emotional stress
which, in turn, allows the whole body to find balance.
The "Healing Meditation" is
an answer to many physical imbalances. To keep my body in
shape I started practicing the "Five
Rites for Longevity" every day. (more info is on page
’Five Rites for Longevity.’) My pain disappeared, and I am
so happy to say it never came back. I am religiously
practicing them every day.
Good
lesson #2:
Because of my pain, I obtained the knowledge of "Healing
Meditation" and became certified as a yoga instructor.
I helped myself to eliminate
pain and am helping hundreds of people to regain and maintain
their health. : )
You see, it’s all about your
intention.
If you concentrate on the
negative aspects of your life, you will see mostly negative
things; but if you choose to find the positive in every
situation, your life will change for the best.
Concentrate more on what you
want in your life instead of what you don’t want.
Life is actually as good - or
as bad - as you make it : )
